Join us as Digital Channel and Content Lead within our Global Corporate Communications team. You will participate in building Opella’s editorial and digital communications strategies, playing a key role in building our company’s story. Reporting to the Brand Corporate Communications Lead, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the content creation for our social media channels and website. The ideal candidate combines a background in communications with a passion for digital tools and brings strong writing and project management skills.
About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Identify how to share content in appropriate external (website, social media) and internal channels (the latter in close alignment with employee communications lead).
- Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) from briefing to production and coordinate with internal and external agencies/freelancers.
- Ensure content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- You are the Webmaster of the Opella website, responsible to upload and offload content on website and in social media.
- Experiment with new content formats and technologies (e.g., AI, interactive media).
SEO & Performance Optimization:
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly (e.g. Google analytics).
- Create dashboards to monitor user experience and content and campaign effectiveness; and to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive search optimization in coordination with the media agency.
- Maintain seamless user journeys across social media platforms, the website, and other corporate channels, optimizing engagement and interaction.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism or similar.
- 5+ years in digital content management, in-house or agency.
- Proven experience in digital social media strategies, LinkedIn campaigns, and intranets, especially for corporate communications.
- Strong writing/editorial skills in English (native level); French is a plus.
- Comfortable with SEO, web analytics, and optimization strategies.
- Skilled in content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong project management and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or consumer brand environment.
