We are currently looking for a Global Training & Education Specialist to support our growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the knowledge of DM employees
• Proficient in building Learning Management Systems modules
• Manager of the training tools: implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Manager of the training of internal users – from onboarding to initial training and continuous training initiatives
• Analyze training feedback for optimization and improvement
• Coordinating training content for all DM departments
• Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop and deliver training sessions
• Drive and support company values and philosophy through all training and development activities
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deliver training
• Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security
• Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
• Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering company-wide trainings
• Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinker with innovative ideas and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Digitally literate with experience in business and communication tools
• Good attention to detail
• Strategic and creative mindset

Bonus points if

• Strong organizational skills
• A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
• Ability to influence and provoke customers’ ways of thinking
