The Global Training Operations-Products Expert – Air Logistics plays a key role in managing and delivering a comprehensive training program that supports operational excellence across the organization. In close collaboration with the Global Operations-Products Training Manager, this role focuses on enhancing employee knowledge and capabilities through engaging, compliant, and strategically aligned learning solutions. The position is dynamic and may evolve due to a departmental restructure, making adaptability and a growth mindset essential.

How you create impact
- Design and continuously update Air Logistics operations-products training programs in partnership with content experts.
- Deliver training through blended methods: e-learnings, live webinars, and in-person workshops tailored to operational needs.
- Ensure training is engaging, compliant with regulations, and aligned with both user needs and organizational goals.
- Manage learning materials across digital platforms and coordinate closely with LMS and Business Insights teams for content upload and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to maintain training relevance and integrate the latest industry trends.
- Oversee training requirements and content across various Air Logistics systems and applications.
- Gather ongoing feedback to refine and improve training effectiveness.
- Support a learning culture by aligning training strategy with long-term business development.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in airfreight forwarding and a solid understanding of KN Air Logistics systems and operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of the air logistics vertical and adult learning principles is advantageous.
- Proven ability to assess training needs, manage projects, and deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills; structured and self-driven.
- Adaptable and open to change with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage learners across formats.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with training delivery methods, LMS systems, and coordinating translation/localization of content.
