Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement: Deploy, configure, and support the latest AI tools for prospecting, outbound automation, and data enrichment (e.g., Cognism, Apollo, Clay) for our sales and partnership teams.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and implement allbound (account-based marketing) campaigns, ensuring seamless data flow and tool integration.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker (or similar BI tools) to track outbound performance and campaign effectiveness.
- CRM Management: Ensure best practices and data hygiene in Salesforce; automate processes and help teams leverage CRM insights.
- Self-Service Analytics: Run basic SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis or be willing to learn SQL quickly (training and support provided).
- Market Research: Continuously scout and evaluate new AI and automation tools for outbound, prospecting, and enrichment; pilot and recommend new solutions.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar GTM operations, sales engineering, or sales enablement role (ideally in B2B SaaS or FinTech).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or strong willingness to learn.
- Strong familiarity with sales prospecting, data enrichment and outbound (AI) automation tools (e.g. Linkedin SalesNav, Cognism, Apollo, Clay, Lusha, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce (admin or power user level preferred). - Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for new technologies and GTM innovation.
