Role purpose
With over 2500 properties globally, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience across Paris. They oversee housekeeping operations, coordinate cleaning schedules, inspect properties to ensure they meet company standards and manage housekeeping staff or external cleaning teams.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that properties are consistently guest-ready, addressing any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly and liaising with the Field Operations Team to uphold the company’s reputation for quality and comfort.
We’re looking for
A dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Field Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for all cleaning and home service matters, ensuring our high housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
This is a dynamic position that blends hands-on field responsibilities—no two days are ever the same. From assisting with stock upkeep to overseeing deep cleaning and doing quality checks, your adaptability and attention to detail will be key.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the overall management of housekeeping operations across a building of 11 flats, including cleaning, prompt reporting on maintenance issues, and ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and upkeep
- You will handle the welcoming and checking in guests with a focus on excellent service
- You will monitor the inventory of stock supplies and maintain accurate records of usage and procurement
- You will help with performance management and suggestions for improvements to the Stay Management Company, and perform spot checks
- You will work closely with the Supply team to help set up the portfolio for a smooth home preparation and oversee 1st Provisions and 1st Deprovisions activities
- You will be the first point of contact for escalations when things don’t go as planned, and ready to save the day on the field
- You will be the liaison between the field and the office, and provide feedback on improvements and performance opportunities, to name a few
- You will demonstrate high brand values through providing exceptional service, as well as training others to exhibit these traits in the field
- You will enjoy a role filled with spontaneity to respond quickly to a field team issue that you may need to assist with
- You will be as confident working both independently and as part of a high-performing team, and building strong relationships will be the norm.
- You will be comfortable using and learning digital checklists and communication tools
- You will walk the talk, from the way you dress to talking points, you will be the true face of our housekeeping team
- You have excellent communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English) and you enjoy spending a lot of time on the phone, email and face-to-face assisting with general queries.
- You will be happy to work weekends or holidays, depending on guest turnover
Skills & experience
- Previous experience as a cleaner/ Housekeeping Supervisor within short-term rental, hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality industry
- Previous experience with training and continuous improvements.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and processes
- Fluent in English
- Experience of working positively in a diverse housekeeping environment
- Extensive knowledge of iPhone and apps would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Good geographical knowledge of Paris will be a bonus
