  • Keep our learning data and tools up to date and well maintained

  • Gain exposure to different areas of HR based on your learning goals and evolving interests

Qualifications

  • Master’s student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

  • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent & Skills Management

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable with digital tools (incl. Microsoft Office) and fast learner

  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level mandatory)

  • Able to work well both independently and in a team, in a fast-growing environment

Additional Information

What We Offer

  • Hands-on experience in core HR areas, with real impact on people and processes

  • Exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day operations

  • The chance to shape and grow with the company as our people function evolves
