Infrastructure Project Manager (h/f)

Summary

The Infrastructure Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Backend product line manager in the Cloud department by overseeing the development of a Global File Transfer Product through effective project coordination and governance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the build of the File Transfer Product.
• Accountable for project delivery (on time, on budget, on scope).
• Manage a project team including different stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate project plans and schedules.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for the internal Gating Product Build process.
• Develop a robust Business Case for a Global solution.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance.
• Review project progress to ensure alignment with plans.
• Ensure execution aligns with project management processes.
• Monitor and manage project budget and expenditure.
• Identify, track, and address project risks and issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical/business communities.
• Communicate project status and provide timely information to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests regarding budget, planning, and scope.
• Handle procurement and contract matters with Group Procurement.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in project management within a cloud or IT environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Capability to manage risk and issues effectively in projects.
• Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
• Familiarity with File Transfer products or services.
• Experience with managing multiple stakeholders across various functions.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
