Your role and duties
In this role, you will join the GO CIO (Information Systems Department) within AXA Group Operations.
Reporting to the GO CIO IT Business Applications Domain Manager, you will actively participate in:
- The deployment of the AXA Group Operations reorganization across all information systems.
- The migration of existing interfaces to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
- The local administration of project management tools to optimize incident management processes.
- The application management of our artificial intelligence tool.
- Managing the backlog of functional and technical application features
- Monitoring service quality and incident management
- Translating the application strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Identifying and managing product gaps to generate new ideas that improve process efficiency, user experience, and the effectiveness of GO's IT
- Defining the scope and prioritizing activities based on business impact
- Collaborating with engineering teams (within GO CIO, Global Product, or external suppliers) to deliver quickly and with optimal resources
- Ensuring compliance with AXA standards for products for the company (including data security and confidentiality)
- Managing the end-of-life of application products through migration, replacement, and decommissioning plans
What You will develop :
- A deep understanding of business reorganization processes at the information systems level
- Skills in system migration and integration of new interfaces
- Practical expertise in application administration and optimization.
- Skills in project management and application portfolio management.
- Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools applied to business contexts.
