Are you passionate about marketing, tech, and fintech? At Castles Technology, we design and deliver the next generation of smart payment terminals. We're looking for a Junior Product Marketing Intern to help drive our product launches, competitive research, and marketing campaigns in the EMEA region.
Main objectives and responsibilities
- Manage & Update Product Data: Maintain our product specifications database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in New Product Development: Work closely with R&D teams to gather technical insights, track product roadmap updates, and ensure seamless communication with marketing and sales teams.
- Support Customer Events & Trade Shows: Help organize and participate in customer events, fintech fairs, and industry conferences, engaging with clients and showcasing our latest payment innovations.
- Market & Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor positioning, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, product management, and marketing to ensure our messaging aligns with product capabilities and market needs.
- Support the creation of product documentation, sales materials, and marketing assets (presentations, datasheets, internal guides, etc.)
- Help coordinate product launches and internal communication for new features and releases
- Collaborate with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align communication
- Ensure product-related content is up to date across all internal and external channels
Required Knowledge & Experience
Profil recherché
Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
1-2 years’ experience in electronics or payment industry with a focus on product marketing
Interest in Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Tech Hardware.
Some understanding of the payment industry is a plus (you will work on payment solutions).
Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage product specs and databases.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools (bonus for experience with CRM or product lifecycle tools).
