Position Overview
Within the Export Fragrance & Beauty Learning Department, you will lead the strategic development of innovative online & offline learning programs, focusing on high-value content and the design of tailored blended learning paths. You will also oversee the deployment of these programs through our digital platforms with the collaboration of the Export Digital Learning Manager.
As L&D Manager, you will contribute to defining the learning vision in alignment with brand strategy and business goals, working closely with Export 360 team, Division & Regional teams, experts learning partners and local markets trainers.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL
Strategic Vision & Learning Path Design
- Define and structure Learning TR & Local Markets Export strategies aligned with business priorities and CHANEL brand image to insure excellence & unique client experiences at POS
- Design engaging, comprehensive and blended learning journeys with a mutli-cultural,BC centric approach. Combine face-to-face experiential sessions, digital learning, digital community management, mobile modules, live learning, etc.
- Guide and empower our Export Local Ambassadors to anticipate and embrace the evolution of Learning ( new ways of working, softskills, AI, ….)
- Lead large-scale pedagogical transformation projects
- Budget Management
High-Value Content Curation
- Cure and adapt assets designed by Division and Europe to be the most relevant to TR environment
- Be a constant source of proposal to create innovative content and formats adapted to learners needs : videos, e-learning modules, podcasts, live learnings, ….
- Ensure pedagogical, editorial, and visual coherence in line with CHANEL’s brand image and tone.
- Coordinate internal and external contributors for content production and localization.
Learning Data & Performance Monitoring
- Own the quality and impact of the learner experience across platforms and formats.
- Define and track learning KPIs and platform analytics to evaluate engagement and continuously improve learning experiences.
- Lead a test-and-learn approach: collect user feedback, run pilots, benchmark best practices
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact and internal referent for Export Learning projects
- Lead Digital cultural acceleration with community management
- Management of Digital Learning Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven experience (7+ years) in Learning & Development, preferably in an international and multicultural environment, you are passionate about learning : contents design (objectives, conductor, mix learning,..), neurosciences & neuro pedagogy culture would be a plus
- Curious and constantly looking to learn new things, you are data and Business oriented with a collective mindset
- Strategic & innovative thinker with a hands-on posture
- Capacity to lead strong project ownership with agility
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
