We’re seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager with proven electrical expertise and leadership capabilities to oversee technical operations under FM and multi-technical maintenance contracts. This role demands hands-on experience in managing technical teams and complex building systems across industrial and office environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely lead HV/LV electrical shutdowns with valid certifications and current habilitations.
- Provide direct technical assistance on-site, ensuring compliance with procedures and supporting operational continuity.
- Assist other Maintenance Managers on mandatory maintenance planning, electrical procedure design, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct diagnostics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and contribute to investment planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing teams of 5 to 15 multi-skilled technicians.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing multi-technical maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure systems.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems in industrial and office environments.
- Valid electrical certifications and hands-on experience with HV/LV networks.
- Background in facilities management or multi-technical maintenance contracts.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proactive mindset.
