The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the European marketing strategy by coordinating and implementing day-to-day marketing operations, with a strong focus on content production, event coordination, and campaign deployment.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure the successful rollout of marketing activities across Tarkett Sports brands, contributing to the company’s visibility, brand consistency and commercial success.
Communication Support
- Support the creation, adaptation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, social media content, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in line with guidelines and editorial direction
- Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to follow up on creative projects and ensure timely delivery
- Support the preparation of training and sales enablement materials in collaboration with product and sales teams
Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning and operational organization of trade shows, technical events, internal seminars, and team-building activities
- Manage logistics, suppliers, and marketing assets to ensure a smooth execution of each event
- Coordinate the ordering, stock management, and distribution of samples and promotional items (goodies)
- Contribute to the development of event communication before, during, and after the event
Digital & Content Operations
- Assist in updating digital platforms (websites, landing pages, social media) with relevant and engaging content
- Track digital KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion) and help prepare reports for campaign performance
- Monitor online presence of Tarkett Sports and suggest improvements in visibility and user experience
Administrative and Budget Support
- Assist with budget tracking and invoicing for marketing-related expenses
- Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure project timelines are respected
- Maintain and organize marketing databases, asset libraries, and documentation
Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communication role, ideally in an international B2B environment
- Business school/ University Marketing diploma
- Project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and sense of design
- Proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in French and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally in Europe
