Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777Fs), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs that we own.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibility for defining the product portfolio of CMA CGM AIR CARGO, based on the airline business strategy.
Analyze market, industry, and customer requirements to identify product and service needs. Compile market and industry business intelligence.
Innovate and develop products and services – definition of concepts, processes, and marketing mix for the enhancement and development of cargo products and services.
Manage the current product and service portfolio: regularly review portfolio performance and implement necessary adaptations to ensure commercial success. Manage the marketing mix.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide support and guidance to the sales organization for special product sales and the identification of prospects.
Responsible for the airline marketing activities in coordination with Group Corporate Communication teams: external and internal communication, PR, social media, web presence, and the CMA CGM AIR CARGO marketing mix.
