We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Master Data Manager to oversee and manage the integrity, consistency, and governance of master data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data standards, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data management processes and supervise synchronization interfaces with several systems (CRM/SRM/HRM/…).
This role is critical in supporting business operations, improving data accuracy, and driving efficiency in decision-making.
You will ensure a correct interface synchronization between systems for customer, supplier, item, people and finance GL account.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...
- Develop and maintain master data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ERP master data, including but not limited to materials, customers, vendors, and financial data.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align data management strategies with business needs.
- Lead data cleansing, migration, and validation efforts during ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce data security and compliance policies to meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Develop, deliver and monitor interface API for other systems to synchronize to ERP.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and automation.

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP master data management, governance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their data structures.
- Experience in data migration, cleansing, and validation methodologies.
- Experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in API development is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
What you’ll need to succeed ...
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, ISO 8000).
- Certification in ERP systems or Master Data Management (MDM).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
