About the role

As a NPI Manager (New Product Innovation), your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Key stakeholders will include - Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Master Data, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and other departments as Procurement, Logistics, Embellishment, Global team, Finance.

Your responsibilities
Within the Supply Services France team and reporting to the Supply Services Director Western Europe, your main responsibilities are:
- Management of 3 NPI coordinators based in France
- Be a Business Partner to the cross-functional teams within Reckitt Operating Model
- Run monthly the Portfolio Management Review and highlight risks to Top Management
- Be the main point of contact between manufacturing (internal & external) and the business unit (Marketing, Sales, Planning teams) for all the innovations,
- Ensure the relevance of the End-to-End Innovation launch timeline and check with all the stakeholders that each step is fulfilled accordingly
- Guarantee consistent and accurate Master Data Governance (MDG) for all EPDs/NPDs
- Maintain a solid NPI Powerhouse with key pillars
- Support NPI weekly calls with the cross-functional team to follow up on innovations
- Maintain a robust NPI FR handbook with clear procedures
- Strengthen complexity reduction by challenging innovation MOQ when needed
The experience we're looking for
- 7-10 years’ experience in Planning and Project Management, ideally within FMCG
- Fluent in English & French will be mandatory
- Strong leadership & influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills; identify issues, explain variances and recommend solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Technical Skills & Project management skills such as Excel, technical knowledge of SAP, understanding of production planning, and knowledge of replenishment systems such as ERP/MRP
