Interpret and apply labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and finance-related practices
Conduct regular audits on payroll and finance procedures and records
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions
Collaborate with department heads to forecast future financial needs and allocate resources effectively
We’re looking for someone with:
A background in HR, payroll, or finance
Previous experience in a payroll-related role or relevant legal/finance position
Knowledge of labour law, preferably across multiple European countries
Fluency in English and Spanish and/or French — additional languages are welcome*
Experience working with compensation and employee-related financial processes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills via phone and email
High computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications
Eligibility to work in your country of residence within the EU
Willingness and ability to work remotely from a home office
- Should you have the above expertise and other language combinations, such as German, Italian, Polish, Swedish or any other Scandinavian language, please let us know.
