Your missions
As a Product Owner Intern, you will participate in the development of our Revenue Management solution CAYZN, dedicated to the transportation industry, used by major international accounts such as SNCF, BlaBlaCar, OUIGO, VR, SJ, etc. You will help ensure its reliability and focus on post delivery analysis.
You will join our Product Team composed of experienced Product Owners, working all together to build the most efficient and ergonomic tool, while keeping our clients at a very high level of satisfaction.
Your main missions will be the following:
- Take part in product delivery by handling features backlog, write specifications,
- Realize functional tests on each release and hotfix, coordinate with software and product teams to report potential bugs, and assist software developers to fix them,
- Help the product team to improve the documentation of the tool,
- Analyze clients data to better understand how the tool is used.
What we're looking for
- Master degree or equivalent: end-of-cursus internship that may lead to permanent position
- Training in software development or project management.
- An interest for the Transport industry and/or Revenue Management.
- Your attraction to convert business requirements into software functionalities,
- Your sensitivity to recognize bugs or display inconsistencies on any web-app.
- Your skills to interact and communicate well, at all levels, in French and English.
- A first experience in Revenue Management would be appreciated.
- A first experience using Jira would be appreciated.
- An understanding of technical aspects would be appreciated.
