Weezevent is seeking a Product Owner - Ticketing (M/F, based in Clichy).
Poste
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Owner - Ticketing to lead the evolution of our ticketing solutions — the foundation of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who takes deep ownership of their topics, inspires confidence through clarity and structure, and sees things through to the very end.
As the PO for Ticketing, you will own high-impact components like for example the self-service ticketing back office, sales flows, financial logic, resale and seated ticketing solutions. You’ll operate within a fully autonomous squad and collaborate with peers across design, tech, and business. Your work will shape the day-to-day experience of thousands of organizers and millions of attendees.
You will not only manage a roadmap — you will drive it forward with vision, resilience, and follow-through. Your responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and own a clear product vision and roadmap for Ticketing, aligned with market needs and company objectives.
- Take initiative in product discovery, collaborating with stakeholders and designers to identify and validate needs.
- Advocate for the organizer and attendee experience, evolving our offer to serve simple and complex events alike.
- Translate strategic topics into detailed, structured product requirements, user stories, and design foundations.
- Prioritize ruthlessly and lead your squad with clarity, enabling them to deliver high-impact value with confidence.
- Ensure delivery from start to finish: from concept and scoping to documentation, QA, and go-live.
- Proactively anticipate risks and dependencies, maintaining the trust and safety of your product ownership.
- Act as the central point of contact for all ticketing-related topics, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance PO to ensure coherent financial flows.
- Maintain alignment with other product teams to ensure consistency across our ecosystem (access, cashless, CRM…).
- Co-design intuitive, modular ticketing interfaces with Product Designers.
- Monitor and optimize ticketing KPIs such as sales conversion, abandonment rates, and performance at scale.
- Always ask: is this solution truly finished? Is the delivery solid enough to be relied on at peak load?
- Take full responsibility for the topics you lead. Your mission doesn’t end with specs — it ends with real-world impact.
- Ensure continuity, momentum, and resilience through change — even when projects become complex or challenging.
- Inspire confidence across the company through structure, visibility, and self-awareness — knowing where you thrive and where you need support.
You have a proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in event tech, SaaS, or transactional platforms. You can lead complex product topics autonomously, with strong stakeholder alignment and final delivery.
#### Skills
- Preferably deep knowledge of ticketing systems (seating, quotas, recurring events, pricing rules, etc.).
- Strong product sense with a bias for action and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (in both French and English), able to bring clarity and structure to any discussion.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
- Capable of defining, monitoring, and acting on KPIs to guide product decisions.
- Open-minded and self-aware: able to recognize limitations and proactively seek support.
- Naturally rigorous and reliable: a “completer-finisher” with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with large-scale seated ticketing or international sales workflows.
- Technical literacy: ability to query data (e.g., SQL), deal with APIs (e.g. Postman) and read or understand code to better collaborate with developers.
- Strong UX/UI sensibility and understanding of self-serve product logic.
- Comfortable working in a culture that values autonomy, initiative, and trust.
- A collaborative and ownership-driven team culture.
- A chance to build core tools used across the live event industry.
- Access to festivals and events using your product.
- A CPO and a team of POs who supports you, but expects you to lead.
