As part of a team of four, you’ll work directly under the guidance of Tatiana, our Product Performance Manager. Your role? Make sure everything runs smoothly, from sourcing to production !
Your mission?
Boost product performance by improving supply reliability, enhancing features, and reducing after-sales issues.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and update the demand planning
- Secure and negotiate our Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Source new suppliers and components
- Manage purchases according to forecasts and demand plans
- Lead product evolutions with factories (development, traceability, planning, communication)
- Evaluate product performance through KPIs (after-sales rate, client satisfaction, non-conformity rate at km0)
- Identify and implement corrective actions with factories, carriers, fitters, and product engineers
- Ensure product conformity to specifications across all factories

Preferred experience :
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Method, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management and project management
- Strong understanding
of manufacturing processes and the challenges of a physical product
