Job summary

The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global development program for Early-In Career talent who aspire to become the next generation of NetApp Leaders, Sales Professionals and Technical Pioneers. The S3 Academy focuses on helping top talent reach their full potential by providing an initial 90-day training program. The training immerses participants in the software, systems and cloud technologies that are helping shape the world today and tomorrow. We invest heavily in new talent. During the first 3 months of the Graduate Program, you'll be travelling to Raleigh RTP (US). After the training you'll be back to your home country.


Service Lifecycle Manager Associate (Product Manager) - NetApp's Service Lifecycle Management team is growing, and we are seeking young talents join our amazing team and start your career path in product management! In this role you will be responsible for the development of new and the enhancement of existing Professional Service offers. The Worldwide Professional and Managed Service Portfolio team takes the lead in driving new services development by working across all NetApp product lines, engineering groups, services organizations, and sales teams to deliver well architected solutions that drive customer outcomes and help enable customers to maximize the full value of the NetApp products they have deployed.

Essential functions

As a Service Lifecycle Manager, you are part of a dynamic team that is tasked to:

  • Transform NetApp Services into an outcome-based portfolio.
  • Help change the way services are sold by driving a service-led selling experience.
  • Partner with sales, partners, marketing and operations to ensure Professional Services offers are easy to understand and transact.
  • Establish and evolve an integrated approach to offer development that considers inputs from a number of different constituencies.
  • Develop business plans, define market positioning, evolve pricing strategies as required to ensure offer success in the marketplace.
  • Identify local, regional and global marketing opportunities to drive awareness of NetApp solutions.
  • Track business and operational metrics and key performance indicators (e.g. service bookings, product pull-through, and margins).
  • Work collaboratively with contract and legal teams as required to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Education

  • Bachelors in Business Administration is highly desired
  • First experience in a business or sales environment is strongly recommended
