Principales tâches et responsabilités:
Manager les équipes internes et les sous-traitants
Donner un avis technique sur le choix des technologies / de matériel
Apporter son assistance technique aux autres services de l'entreprise
Être garant de la bonne organisation fonctionnelle du service maintenance
Organiser l’arrêt technique
S’assurer du suivi des standards internes et les améliorer
Maintenir à jour l'ensemble des supports d'archivage, tenir à jour l'historique des modifications apportées aux systèmes

Profil recherché :
Compétences techniques :
Diplôme d'Ingénieur en mécanique, fiabilité, méthodes ou assimilé.
Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel
Connaissance de SAP
Connaissances Techniques: DESP Directive des Equipement sous pression, Echangeurs, ATEX, tuyauteries, pompes…
Compétences humaines :
Aisance relationnelle et facilités en communication
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Autonomie
Capacité à mener plusieurs projets en même temps, gestion des priorités
Conditions de travail
Du fait de ses responsabilités, le responsable maintenance mécanique fait preuve d’une grande autonomie. Après la période d’intégration et de formation, il pourra être amené à intégrer les équipes d’astreintes selon les modalités en vigueur.
