Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Assistant at Luca Faloni, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team by ensuring the store remains well-organised, fully stocked, and visually appealing. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to providing an inviting shopping environment for our customers, enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to replenish stock and ensure availability on the shop floor.
- Maintain the store's appearance by organising displays and arranging products according to LF standards.
- Assist sales associates by retrieving and bringing garments to customers for fitting.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the team about stock needs.
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure the store's overall cleanliness.
- Participate in maintaining a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
