We are currently seeking a Risk Based Inspection Engineer (M/F), reporting directly to the RBI Lead to join our Inspection & Corrosion Engineering team based in Paris, France.

About your team:
Within the engineering division of Technip Energies' Paris office, you will report to the Inspection & Corrosion Engineering Department. With 60 years' experience in energy project design, the division is made up of 600 people representing all the disciplines present on our installations (>20).
About the mission we offer you:
You will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the Group's various Business Lines, including decarbonized solutions (Carbon capture, H2, Wind), LNG, or biofuels. On these projects, most of which are export projects, you will interface with teams from other disciplines within Technip Energies (project management, procurement, construction) as well as our mainly international partners.
Job Description:
Prepare Corrosion Loop Reports.
Collect information from multiple sources of Project documents (Equipment List, Mechanical Data sheet, Line list, etc.) to prepare data files for Risk Based Inspection Software.
Establish Criticality Ranking for each asset.
Liaise with Process, HSE, and Operation & Maintenance teams to identify deterioration mechanisms, corrosion loops, and establish inspection policies, plans, and actions.
Prepare Inspection plans for Piping and Equipment.
Assist the RBI Lead in clarifying interfaces with other disciplines and responding to technical queries.

Qualifications: BS degree in Materials/Metallurgy/Corrosion or a related field.
Languages: Fluent English.
Main skills:
Knowledge of engineering processes, particularly Corrosion studies.
Understanding of Internal & External corrosion risks, Materials Selection, and Corrosion Control Philosophy.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.
