Votre futur rôle
Relevez un nouveau défi et appliquez votre expertise en gestion de projets et en planification dans un domaine prioritaire pour Alstom. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de collègues dédiés et collaboratifs. Vous soutiendrez des projets critiques RSC dans tous les aspects de la planification, depuis l'établissement de bases de planification solides jusqu'à garantir que les projets respectent ces bases durant leur exécution. Au quotidien, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de l'entreprise (Finances, Gestion de projets, Sites et Régions), en autonomisant l'équipe de planification et en atteignant les objectifs du projet. Vous vous occuperez spécifiquement de coacher l'équipe de planification, de promouvoir une forte culture de planification, de collecter et partager les retours d'expérience (REX) et de fournir une formation lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Nous compterons sur vous pour :
- Agir en tant qu'expert des Normes de Planification d'Alstom et des meilleures pratiques liées au développement (DFQ, processus convergents, etc.) ainsi qu'à l'échéancier du projet (échéancier client, etc.).
- Coach et promouvoir une culture de planification au sein des équipes de projet.
- Optimiser les stratégies de planification et gérer les risques.
- Contribuer à la capture et au partage des retours d'expérience (REX).
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la gestion de configuration et de la documentation conformément à la stratégie de planification.
- S'engager dans l'amélioration continue des processus de planification au sein de l'organisation.
Tout sur vous
Une expérience dans les projets de RSC est cruciale, en particulier avec un parcours en planification ou en gestion. Bien que ce rôle offre des opportunités de croissance, les domaines suivants sont attendus comme base :
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (un Master est recommandé).
- Expérience dans des rôles de gestion de projet tels que PrDPM, PrPM, SSM ou similaires.
- Connaissance de la planification de projet, des changements et de la configuration, ainsi que des processus de documentation.
- Bonne connaissance des processus internes à travers divers départements.
- Agilité dans la gestion des plannings, des simulations et des divers scénarios de projet.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles avec un esprit collaboratif.
- Proactivité dans la gestion des conflits et la proposition de solutions.
- À l'aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

Could you be the full-time RSC Planning Project Start-up Manager in our RSC Tender and Project Development team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive project management and planning expertise in a Alstom top priority field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll support critical RSC projects in all aspects of planning, from establishing robust planning baselines to ensuring projects adhere to these baselines during execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Project Management, Sites and Regions), empower the planning team for autonomy and reach the project goals.
You’ll specifically take care of coaching the planning team, promoting a strong planning culture, collecting and sharing REX, and providing training when necessary.
We’ll look to you for:
- Acting as an expert on Alstom Planning Standards and best practices related to development (DFQ, converged processes, ..) as well as related to project schedule (customer schedule,…)
- Coaching and promoting a planning culture within project teams
- Optimizing planning strategies and managing risks
- Contributing to the capture and sharing of REX
- Supporting the implementation of configuration and documentation management in accordance with planning strategy
- Engaging in continuous improvement of planning processes within the organization
All about you
Experience in RS projects is crucial, particularly with a background in planning or management. While this role offers opportunities for growth, the following areas are expected as a foundation:
- Degree in engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in project management roles such as PrDPM, PrPM, SSM, or similar
- Knowledge of project scheduling, change and configuration, and documentation processes
- Good knowledge of internal processes across various departments
- Agility in managing schedules, simulations, and various project scenarios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proactivity in conflict management and proposing solutions
- Comfort in an international and multicultural environment
