Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop a strong, sustainable Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and guidelines, with the primary goal of accelerating growth and achieving business OKRs in the Region.
- Manage and develop distributors and sub-distributors, ensuring full alignment with RELX's strategy and standards to drive sales volume.
- Coordinate Sales & Marketing activities in the field to establish strong partnerships and deliver outstanding results in key retail locations.
- Lead the development and execution of sales promotions, lead generation efforts, and other relevant trade marketing initiatives with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Tobacco or Vape industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape and distributor business models. Solid Network.
- Solid grasp of financial metrics, value chains, and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: highly accountable, results-driven, capable of multitasking, and working under pressure and tight deadlines.
