As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and driving informed decision-making. You will play a critical role in optimizing budgeting processes, improving performance metrics, and providing key insights to help Brevo achieve its strategic objectives.
As FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Ensure the relevancy and the accuracy of financial data to enhance decision-making processes -Contribute to to the monthly closing process by ensuring the quality and reliability of data in our financial tool, Pigment. -Develop and maintain a framework to build efficiently budget and reforecast for finance and operational purposes-Ensure that reports remain accurate and relevant and be able to structure new ones.
- Collaborate with business partners through an analytical and solution-oriented perspective -Conduct ad hoc analyses on various topics such as cash collection, staff costs, revenue growth, etc., with a strong understanding of the underlying challenges.-Build a trusting relationship with business partners to ensure mutual understanding of operational and financial perspectives, particularly regarding costs.-Contribute to budget preparation by developing relevant sets of assumptions aligned with business priorities-Report the modeling of Brevo’s business model for fundraising activities or business planning exercises.
- Take part in projects aimed at the continuous improvement and structuring of Finance and FP&A functions (e.g., deploying new tools, creating dashboards). -At Brevo, we foster boldness and initiative. What will contribute to your success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit / controlling, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fp&a team or audit / consulting firm.
- Strong interest in data-driven projects and modeling skills (Gsheet, Excel and Pigment), with a high level of rigor and confidence in working with tools handling large datasets.
- Detailed oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Pigment is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to guide operational teams effectively and with clarity.
- A passion for challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
