We’re looking for exceptionally talented Full Stack Engineers with deep expertise in .NET/C# to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll own the full software development lifecycle—from planning and designing to developing, testing, and maintaining our Definely products. You’ll work on rich WPF-based desktop applications, robust backend services, and cloud-integrated solutions that power our global LegalTech platform.
This is a chance to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive the technical excellence that defines our product suite.
Key responsibilities

Build and maintain resilient backend services, APIs, and libraries using .NET (Framework & Core).
Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to deliver scalable solutions.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Lead design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative features.
Provide technical mentorship to less experienced developers.
Quality & Best Practices
Write clean, well-documented code with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, supporting rapid release cycles.
Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security.
Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD).
Problem Solving & Innovation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
Contribute to architectural discussions and drive the evolution of our tech stack.
Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and AI-assisted coding.
About you
5+ years of professional, product-focused full stack development experience with .NET/C#.
Proven track record of building Windows desktop applications with a strong focus on UI/UX.

Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and/or JetBrains Rider, along with ReSharper for refactoring and code quality.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong grasp of Git, version control best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
