Responsibilities
Product discovery: Lead product discovery efforts by identifying and validating opportunities through usability studies, user research, and data analysis. Ensure decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
Roadmap prioritization: Identify elegant and simple product features, prioritize them based on business impact, and organize them into product roadmaps.
Product execution: Own the product execution process, working closely with designers, engineers, and the broader team. Ensure high-quality product delivery with a focus on attention to detail and user delight.
Strategic decision: Collaborate with the product and executive teams to contribute to strategic decisions that drive the company forward, ensuring that products align with overall business and user goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional communication: Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage with a multicultural team, share a clear product vision, and build consensus on priorities.
Impact-oriented mindset: Proven ability to take initiative and get things done efficiently, with a track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
User experience obsession: Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for UI details, continuously pushing for designs that are both useful and elegant.
Data-driven approach: Comfortable and proficient with data analysis, using insights to shape product strategy and make informed decisions.
Proven product expertise: At least 6+ years of experience in product management at a tech or product-driven company
Where you'll be based
Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers).
Remote policy: 1 day a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
