Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Serveur en restauration H/F to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in the preparation of tables before and after service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in the Hôtellerie or Restauration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of des aliments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in service delivery.
