ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Service Engineer at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. You’ll ensure customer and partner satisfaction by providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and sharing your knowledge.
In this role you will,
- Ensure EV charging equipment customer satisfaction by offering remote support services in France and contributing to regional and global cases. Also, in selected cases, actively troubleshoot and use your problem-solving skills by visiting customers on-site.
- Follow-up and maintain partner network technical competence and join partner onboarding when applicable
- Provide technical support services by using tools such as technical ticketing system (Atlassian Jira) and Teams
- Conduct training services both remotely and on-site for maintaining partner network technical competence
- Collect feedback from customers, share best practices, and follow-up with internal stakeholders to contribute to service development
We appreciate candidates with an independent working style and interest in developing new. In this role, occasional traveling is required.
This role is hybrid and offers both remote and on-site working possibilities. Our people are located e.g. in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux. Our office is located in Paris, and we do have access to coworking spaces in Lyon and Bordeaux.
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Degree or certification in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field
- Technical background (e.g. in technical service/support, product development and engineering hw/sw, product and project management) with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues ideally by using a cloud-based remote maintenance platform/software
- Experience in power electronics, service operations and installation are considered advantages
- Customer-oriented mindset and independent working style
- Strong communication skills for interacting with external and internal stakeholders and to be able to deliver both remote and on-site trainings effectively
- Proficiency in using support tools like Jira, Teams or similar platforms
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and industry trends
As our official company language is English, we expect you to have good English skills. For this role, we also expect fluency in French.
