APSYS – Alstom Performance System - aims at achieving our integration process and continuously increasing our SQDC performance, our competitiveness.
APSYS is the program designed to embed Continuous Improvement and Performance culture in the DNA in all Alstom, including Services Product Line (PL).
The Services APSYS Leader develops & implements APSYS within Services
As part of the Services APSYS team:
- Focus on a few Regions
- Be the representative of a few Services Métiers (*)
- “Think global”
- Ensure the cross-functions dynamics
- Moderate the global Services APSYS network
Accountabilities & Authorities
APSYS Strategy:
- Promote APSYS as a program for integration and maturity improvement
- Define for his/her Regions the most appropriate development plan for achieving a good adoption and a rapid implementation
APSYS Services Roadmaps, Standards development:
- Ensure that Services Métier owners define and continuously improve their Roadmaps to better and better fir for Services, by focusing on few Métiers out of the 11: Engineering, Project Management , Supply Chain, Industrialization, Shop Floor, Quality, Management, Procurement, EHS, Railway Safety, Fleet Management.
- Integrate the specificities of Services business activities: ALM, RS Maintenance, Parts & Components OVH, PI …
- Identify & share good practices within the global network of APSYS leaders, to then propose Standards/ amendments/ tools / Roadmap changes to Services Métiers / APSYS Central Team
- Organize and realize external benchmarks
APSYS Deployment:
- Ensure his/her Regions perform regular Self-Assessments
- Plan & Perform APSYS assessments, yearly & worldwide
- Challenge relevancy and progress of Region APSYS Deployment plan
- Organize and/or lead Support missions for his/her Regions and any other Region: Mobilization, Training, Working session, Coaching, KAizen workshop (VSM, ...)
- Develop “APSYS in Services SharePoint”, other digital tools, KPI monitoring …
Network animation:
- Develop the global network of APSYS local leaders: support to identify talents, “sell APSYS”
- Build with his/her Métiers the right pool of Assessors, from Central teams to local ones
- Co-organize and take part to some special events: APSYS event, APSYS day, dedicated workshops for site APSYS leaders
Knowledge development:
- Measure the maturity of his/her Regions and participate to APSYS training plan
- Work with the Services Academy
Performance measurements at his/her Regions level:
- Completeness of his/her Region network of APSYS leaders , pool of Assessors
- Positive trend of APSYS maturity level
- APSYS deployment plan completion and number of shared best practices
Job Location / Mobility
- Flexible location within Europe - with regular meeting in Paris Saint-Ouen or other Site-Depot
- With frequent travels for Assessments and Support missions (approx. 60%)
Main required competencies
Educational Requirements:
- Master Degree in Engineering / Industrial / Quality / Continuous Improvement …
- Fluent English
Desirable:
- Lean principles and tools
- Green Belt or Black Belt
Experience
Mandatory:
- Senior Manager in Operations/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Industrialization/Project Management
- Deployment of Lean principles and tools with SQDC performance growth
Desirable:
- International experience
- Ideally Services RS Maintenance activity
