Context & Environment
Position located within the BT management team, which supports the subsidiaries of the EP branch in adopting a culture of change in the context of energy transformation. The position is based in Paris and directly attached to the project management team on the axes of the Better Together people ambition (developing talent, promoting the manager-coach, building a good place to work) and transversally on Diversity & Inclusion.
Activities
As a Junior HR and Communication Project Support (M/F), your missions will include:
- Participating in the drafting and deployment of a service offer.
- Proposing and implementing a strategic communication plan.
- Participating in the facilitation of workshops.
- Proposing and revising the service's communication materials.

Candidate Profile
Have you recently graduated with a Master's in HR Management? Start your career with an exciting experience at the heart of international teams committed to the energy transition!
We are looking for a Support Projects HR and Communication for a duration of 12 months, starting in September 2025.
Are you comfortable with office tools and familiar with the Office suite? You will notably use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
You are dynamic, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
You are versatile and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are able to take initiatives and propose innovative solutions?
You enjoy working in a team and have a strong capacity for adaptation?
If you are passionate about communication and project management and wish to contribute to transformation projects on an international scale, we would be delighted to meet you!
A professional proficiency in English will be essential for this position.
We offer a 12-month Full-Time Professionalization Contract (100% in-company) including a training component (professional, linguistic, tools, etc.). These trainings are provided internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies.
This contract will allow you to gain a year of professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your job in connection with the Company's activities.
