We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Duties
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and ADP
- Implement training development programs for new hires
- Execute lead generation activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct cold calling and networking to identify potential candidates
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a sales or human resources environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in using recruitment software and databases

Pay: 51,909.00€ - 59,480.00€ per year
