Job Description

You will act as the voice of the business for Talent Management topics. You will embody the “why” of our processes — representing business needs, providing purpose and direction — while partnering closely with Digital teams, who bring the “how” to life. Your role is essential in aligning strategic priorities with digital tools and processes to enhance the employee experience and the efficiency of talent practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Field Partnership

  • Act as the representative of business needs, providing clarity on the “why” and supporting Digital teams on the “how.”
  • Be available to understand and respond to operational needs, prioritize requests, and clearly articulate the rationale behind choices and approaches.
  • Build strong connections with countries and field teams to ensure co-construction and a grounded, locally relevant approach to implementation.

Talent Management strategy & process representative

  • Process Alignment & Improvement: Represent the Talent Management function in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our processes remain aligned with business priorities and employee needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture business requests, assess and prioritize them, and translate them into system or process enhancements aligned with Talent Management strategy.

Change Enablement – Materials & Training

  • Cultural Change Enablement: Contribute to cultural transformation by promoting the Talent Management Strategy.
  • Change Materials Development: Create and support the delivery of clear, engaging, and user-friendly change materials (e.g. guides, toolkits, presentations, FAQs) to ensure successful adoption of Talent Management processes.
  • Training Strategy & Delivery: support to roll out training plans for TM processes in collaboration with the Digital team and regional stakeholders, ensuring HR, managers, and employees are confident and well-equipped.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from training and change initiatives to continuously improve materials and communication tools.

Data-Driven Talent Management
Contribute to empowering the HR function through data fluency.

  • KPI-Driven Strategy: Work with digital team to define, track, and use key TM KPIs to measure impact and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Visualization & Insights: Support the creation of intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to monitor performance and enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Strong project and change management capabilities
  • Experience in developing change management materials and delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working with data; able to interpret and use insights to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with HR digital ecosystems and tools is a strong advantage
