Join our team as Team Lead Professional Services in France and take ownership of regional project delivery and team development. In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional services team, ensuring high-quality execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. You’ll drive continuous improvement while shaping the future of healthcare ICT delivery.
Your Contributions
- Lead and develop a regional services team (5–15 FTE) across technical project delivery, coaching, and performance management
- Own planning, forecasting, and resource utilization to drive EBIT and margin targets
- Ensure project quality, risk mitigation, and adherence to delivery standards and tools (e.g., D365, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Act as a strategic link between Services, Sales, and PMO—validating feasibility, contributing to complex bids, and aligning customer expectations
- Promote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services organization
- Represent Ascom in senior client meetings, escalations, and key delivery discussions
- Enhance tool governance and process transparency for better project execution
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 6–10 years in technical project/service delivery in IT, telecom, or healthcare
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing regional or cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen (EBIT, utilization, forecasting)
- Proven experience with ERP and delivery tools (D365, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum) are a plus
- Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong stakeholder alignment
