As part of our growth and distribution team, your work will help tell our story across platforms in ways that feel alive, inventive, and native to emerging formats.
😎 What you'll do
Experiment with AI-first tools like Captions, Higgsfield, Arcads, Runway, Pika, and others to create next-gen video content
Design and ship short-form videos, visuals, or hybrids that help us stand out across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter
Work closely with our founders and distribution team to align content with strategic moments
Explore new creative formats daily: the weird, the beautiful, the fast, the emotional
🤓 About you
You’re fluent in internet culture and visual language, and you instinctively know what works in short-form
You’ve used tools like CapCut, Runway, Pika, Higgsfield, or Veogen—and ideally have a public body of work to show for it
You're a strong storyteller and editor, with an eye for rhythm, tone, and surprising creative details
You’re excited to work quickly and iteratively, and you love trying new tools as soon as they drop
You have taste—but you’re also not precious. You can go from concept to shipped in hours, not days.
