Proposed Responsibilities:
You will join our HR test consulting team and contribute to various missions:
- Advise clients/prospects on test selection and manage their needs/requests regarding purchases, usage, etc. (via phone, email, and in-person meetings).
- Support users in interpreting and delivering test results.
- Collaborate with psychologist consultants, the R&D team, the marketing department, and the customer relations team. You will use commercial management and follow-up tools and methods (Salesforce, marketing campaigns, trade shows, conferences, etc.).
- Participate in weekly HR Consulting team meetings.
- Attend client meetings with consultants (needs analysis, theoretical presentation of our tests, commercial negotiation, etc.).
You will receive training on all our assessment tools and gain in-depth knowledge of the evaluation and Human Resources field.
Profile Sought: Currently in the 3rd year of a Psychology program (university or school), you are curious and have a strong interest in assessment tools. You enjoy communication and teamwork. You are service-oriented and value autonomy in your daily work.
