Job Mission:
As Area Sales Manager for the Grand Est and Bourgogne Franche Comté regions, your mission is to drive
business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and building and
strengthening relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting Piab Group’s innovative
vacuum automation solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving ambitious sales targets in
your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Grand Est and Bourgogne Franche Comté regions
  • Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio
  • Prospect for new customers and identify business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and commercial terms
  • Provide technical advice and product recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, inside sales, application engineering) and external partners
  • (custom line, RG support)
  • Report on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings

Requirements:
  • Mastery of B2B sales
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Experience in customer portfolio management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to conduct market analysis
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage targets
  • High level of autonomy and organizational skills
  • Strong resilience and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • French language proficiency
