Your new role
As Commercial Excellence Business Partner, you will play a unique role at the crossroads of analytics, strategy, and business partnering, driving data-powered decisions and shaping the commercial future of our Rare Disease Business Unit in France. Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing internal and external data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to middle and top management.
- Managing reporting systems, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring seamless CRM and database functionality.
- Monitoring field force performance, including calculating and validating sales force incentives each cycle.
- Developing and enhancing local and global reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) to drive operational excellence.
- Leading or contributing to high-impact commercial projects, including product launches, territory alignment, and pilot implementations, while supporting the team’s evolution towards a frontline excellence model.
Your new department
The CUBE department embodies the dynamic of excellence and transformation at Novo Nordisk France. Our primary objective is to evolve customer engagement by aligning the subsidiary's ambition with market needs, healthcare professionals' expectations, and patient journeys. Our second objective is to strengthen business and operational excellence by supporting decision-making and implementing new working methods. CUBE acts as a transversal lever serving field and headquarters teams, in close connection with other departments of the subsidiary
Your skills and qualifications
- Solid pharma background – minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or as a Pharma consultant, ideally with exposure to commercial effectiveness, business intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with numbers, segmentation, and translating data into strategic recommendations.
- Business partnering expertise – proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to sales teams.
- Educational foundation – bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or science.
- Bilingual communication – fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal skills to engage across a global organization.
