Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting the SME Lending team in pre-qualifying target boards and contacts
- Assisting the team in meetings with advisors (debt advisory, M&A etc)
- First screening of deals (acquisition finance, LBO / MBOs, real estate loans (80%), corporate loans (20%))
- Preparation of committee notes
- Follow-up on current deals, data completion, CRM
- Assist with credit and risk analysis
- Updating of the Core Banking System, Salesforce and other internal/external databases
Qualifications and skills required:
- 1st experience in the field of credit, bank loans, acquisition finance or corporate finance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent French and English mandatory
