In 2023, driven by the urgency of decarbonizing mobility, Expliseat announced a fundraising of 17 million euros to accelerate the deployment of its technology via:- Industrial acceleration with the opening of a first own assembly plant: 6,000m2 in Angers built to the latest environmental standards (DPE A)- Commercial acceleration with the opening of new markets (rail, electric land mobility, eVTOL, etc.)- Technical acceleration to increase our leadership in responsible, high-performance and technologically disruptive seats
Leader in ultralight seats for regional aviation and growing in the medium-haul segment, Expliseat is present with the main aircraft manufacturers (Airbus, Boeing, ATR, De Havilland of Canada, Dassault, Comac, Lilium, etc.), key Marquee Airlines such as Jazeera Airways, Air Canada and Air France have endorsed our products and counts on over 15,000 seats flying in Canada, India, the Philippines, Polynesia…
To enable this development, Expliseat is strengthening its commercial and program teams, and looking for a Customer Engineer in our Headquarter in Paris!
As a Customer Engineer, your primary role is to be the reference for technical and product matters throughout the customer journey, manage the product definition vs customer requirements and help close deals.

Required profile

Recruitment process :The recruitment process at Expliseat is carried out in three stages structured to allow mutual discovery and a rapid and informed decision:· A first mutual discovery video call: 30 minutes· A complete interview on your background and motivations: 90 minutes· A “Quick Chat with the CEO”: 30 minutes
