Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As a Customer Success Manager based in Lyon, you’ll work alongside the team to ensure our customers and users have a great experience with Dalux from onboarding and implementation to training and follow-up meetings. You’ll manage your own schedule and take full responsibility for your clients. Throughout the year, we also participate in Dalux-organized events like the SUMMIT and User Days, where we meet with existing clients, as well as industry expos and trade shows, where we connect with new ones.
Your main responsibilities as Customer Success Manager will include:
- Working with clients in the construction industry, such as developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Most of your primary users are based on construction sites.
- Supporting new and existing clients in using and understanding our user-friendly products.
- Assisting new clients with implementation and training related to their construction processes.
- Supporting current clients and enhancing their experience providing technical support and guidance on specific features when needed.
- Presenting the Dalux product portfolio to potential new customers.
Sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this position?
We imagine our future colleague has relevant experience within the construction industry. Your technical knowledge and understanding of the sector are supported by hands-on site experience perhaps as an architect/engineer, a quality, health & safety manager, a BIM coordinator, or a site/project manager.
Along with an interest in BIM and digital tools for the construction industry, we’re looking for someone who can support our clients and deliver excellent service. You should be open-minded, responsible, and able to work independently on your tasks.
