Sales Representative Mission :
Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent CWD at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
- Be a brand ambassador of CWD !
Sales Representative Benefits :
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

Sales Representative Salary :
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base + commissions :
Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
Year 2: Potential of $66K (base + unlimited commission)
Year 3: Potential of $78K (base + unlimited commission)
