Role
As Interim FP&A Leader, you play a pivotal role in:
- Leading and coordinating group-level planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Providing strategic financial support to corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, R&D, etc.).
- Driving standardization, performance tracking, and reporting transformation.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to the Executive Committee and department heads.
Supporting ongoing integration of BI, automation, and ERP harmonization projects.
Responsibilities
1. FP&A Leadership
- Finalize the annual budget in collaboration with business and corporate teams.
Lead the year end annual closing cycle for management reporting
Lead group the monthly closing cycles for management reporting
Consolidate financial results and KPIs to senior leadership (Exco & PE).
2. Business Partnering with Group Functions
- Support and challenge cost centers of key corporate departments.
- Deliver timely, accurate monthly cost reports and actionable insights.
- Manage the intercompany management fee allocation process.
3. Financial Reporting & Transformation
- Oversee financial reporting across global regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Experience:
- 15+ years in senior FP&A roles in an industrial or manufacturing context.
- Proven success in financial modeling, planning, and reporting leadership.
- Experience working with Executive Committees and senior stakeholders.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle consolidation (FCCS) and planning (PBCS) is a must.
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, English is mandatory,
- Leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
