The Head of Treasury & Financing, manages and directs the treasury activities of the total organization and ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet organization objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Manage the Group cash liquidity management within Top Management framework
- Manage the credit risk arising from operations
- Manage the Foreign Exchange & Interest rate Risks arising from M&A and Financing activities
You will be responsible for :
- Making available adequate and cost effective financial resources ensuring Roquette’s ability to meet financial obligations in a timely manner
- Plan the short-term financial requirements; negotiate, administer, and repay loans; maintain cash management programs; conduct financial feasibility studies; prepare annual financial reports; and participate in the financial planning process.
- Management of the counterparty default risk (customers/suppliers/service providers) and debt recovery
- Managing the Groups working capital requirement
- Management of foreign exchange and interest rate risk in relation to acquisitions and financing
- Manage global treasury operations in alignment with Roquette’s growing global footprint by implementing global reporting process & technologies
- Management of bank and credit insurer relationships
But also :
- Accountable for sub-function and provide the highest level of advice and recommendations to the management team
- Invest excess cash in alignment with Group policy
- Evaluate and recommend investment options, funding sources, and financial instruments that will meet the organization’s treasury objectives.
- Manage the financial structure (Equity/Debt) of entities
- Responsible for the receipt, custody, control and disbursement of funds and securities.
- Supervise the organization's banking, credit and investment functions.
- Analyze general business and financial developments that may affect the organization.
