A leading pan-European Private Equity platform is seeking a Partner-level hire to spearhead its presence and activity in France, with a particular focus on growth investments, transformation, and impact-driven value creation across core sectors including industrials, healthcare, business services, and consumer.
This is a unique opportunity to join an elite team with long-hold capital, ambitious expansion goals, and a strong cultural commitment to collaboration, sustainability, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
You will likely already be operating at Partner, Managing Director, or Senior Investment Professional level and will bring:
A proven investment track record in growth, buyout, or transformation deals (ideally deal sizes of €100m–€500m+).
Deep local network across France, including intermediaries, founders, C-suite executives, industry experts, and LPs.
Fluency in French and English – you can operate at the highest level across boardrooms, negotiations, and portfolio governance.
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead origination, execution, portfolio strategy, and exit planning.
Strong alignment with a long-term investment philosophy and a passion for building sustainable, resilient companies.
