Internal Empowerment team
The "Internal Empowerment" department is the backbone of Teads, aiming at delivering the right tools to drive the efficiency of all our internal teams: Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR,... whilst ensuring compliance as a public company listed on the NASDAQ.
At the forefront of generative AI utilization to automate the relevant tasks and support strategic decision-making, the internal empowerment teams are transversally involved across all Teads processes and activities.
The department is split in different teams, each having a dedicated product manager and engineering resources, and focusing on a particular area (e.g: Operations, Sales) to ensure going deep and having a real impact. The teams are mapped to the relevant stakeholders representing each functional area and collaborating on a daily basis.
Whilst being autonomous, the different teams of Internal Empowerment are sharing unified ways of working and holistic roadmaps to ensure focus, alignment with the global company strategy, and maximize the overall impact.
What will you do?
As a Product Director, you will manage the team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts dedicated to Internal Empowerment. Overseeing the product strategy and the execution, as well as collaborating every day with global and local stakeholders across all departments (business, sales, operations, marketing, etc.).
You will facilitate cross-team collaboration and create a motivating vision and strategy for your team's scope and beyond. Your leadership skills will be essential in inspiring your team towards this shared vision.
As Product Director, you and your team will be involved in the key activities outlined below:
- Roadmap & strategy: Define clear product strategy and create best-in-class roadmaps for outperforming competitors with innovative and disruptive ideas. Ensure a data-driven journey by prioritizing thoughtfully, establishing clear success metrics and identifying north star metrics.
- Product Design & Delivery: Smartly design resilient and scalable solutions, propose cutting-edge innovative design on key functionalities and ensure the impacted stakeholders (internal, external) are up to date with the relevant milestones and any changes to the initial plan.
- Product roll-out & continuous improvements: Manage transversal and complex product releases communication having cross-team dependencies. Interact with clients, publishers and agencies on a regular basis to amplify the impacts of the releases. Be comfortable in being strongly involved to define the marketing and business position of your product area.
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering
- Deep understanding, past experience and high interest in backoffice systems and internal toolings. You like to be a key contributor to the efficiency and the success of all teams
- Proven experience of 10+ years as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry
- Strong background in successfully managing teams
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering)
- Understanding of the product from a technology perspective
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Lead by example and inspire teams
