European Sales Manager – Hunter Wanted!

Cryopak Industries is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager who resides in France to lead our European growth in temperature-controlled packaging for pharmaceutical and food logistics. If you’re a true “hunter” who thrives on opening new accounts, building a robust pipeline, and turning strategic opportunities into measurable revenue, this is your role. You’ll work across functions to win new customers, shape go-to-market plans, and help define pricing and product positioning for regulated industries.
What you’ll do

New Business Development (hunter focus)
- Actively identify and qualify new opportunities in targeted industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Craft tailored proposals and value-led solutions that address customer challenges and align with Cryopak’s offerings.
- Define and execute a clear 30-60-90 day plan for each new target account and drive the pipeline toward revenue targets.

Account Management and Onboarding
- Transition acquired customers smoothly to operations; ensure onboarding and early success.
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders; identify opportunities for expansion and renewal.

Strategic Sales Planning
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to design and execute growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Expertise
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor activities in cold chain packaging.
- Understand the regulatory and logistical complexities of temperature-controlled solutions across Europe.

Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot or equivalent) and provide transparent forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in related industries (cold chain logistics, packaging, life sciences, pharmaceutical logistics, or 3PLs serving pharma/lab).
- A proven hunter with a track record of opening new accounts and driving revenue.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed (30–50%) to meet clients, attend events, and close deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Language: French required; English and/or German strongly preferred.
