Reporting to the EMEA & APAC Commercial VP, and as an active member of an international team with big ambitions, you will be a key player in developing the geographical sales area you were assigned to. Defining and representing our offerings to silicon, ferroalloy, and other niche market stakeholders, as well as developing market share and revenue among both existing and new key accounts, will be the result of the collective success you will contribute to.
To do this, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Implement the strategies defined by the Commercial Management and action plans to achieve market objectives for each of your product ranges and key clients within your area, and ensure their realization.
- Be responsible for identifying and qualifying short- and medium-term business opportunities, developing and regularly following up with prospects to close deals.
- Sell the organization's products or services to a portfolio of European clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Be responsible for client development and loyalty while ensuring recognized ongoing customer service and supporting a dynamic, long-term relationship aimed at increasing our market share.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that affect target markets and products.
- Understand the operational needs of the organization and our clients in order to evolve our offerings and services to meet those needs.
- Ensure daily monitoring and management of your activity through the processes and tools in place within the organization (CRM, S&OP, etc.).
You will work at the heart of a strategic industrial activity, in the electrometallurgy sector, within an exciting industrial environment, in close collaboration with diverse and international teams to grow together.
What makes you the right candidate:
A sales professional recognized for your communication and negotiation skills internationally and in English, you enjoy and easily contribute in a technical environment. Significant experience (at least 3 years) in a similar role managing industrial products and clients in one of our fields or related sectors is appreciated (silicon, ferroalloys, steel, foundry, aluminum, chemistry, etc.), but we are also open to profiles that have demonstrated strong potential in similar environments.
Comfortable with digital tools, you are rigorous and recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills in the service of the client.
You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to work in a team, and to take part in cultural transformation, particularly through your clear and engaging communication. You know how to balance patience and perseverance to have an impact in your activities.
You speak French and English (another language is a plus), and you are available for regular international travel.
