As we grow, we are seeking a highly capable, business-savvy, and trusted Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO as a business partner in both strategic and day-to-day leadership functions.
This is a high-responsibility, high-trust position. You will be the right hand to the CEO, managing communications, scheduling, and logistical operations while serving as an extension of executive leadership.

Location:
On-site at our R&D Laboratory near Cluses, France.
Position Overview:
This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You will act as a direct partner to the CEO—filtering and managing communication, handling high-level correspondence, and coordinating engagements with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an articulate, highly organized, proactive thinker with a solid grasp of business dynamics. This is an on-site position at our laboratory in Haute-Savoie, France. Fluency in English is essential, and French proficiency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prioritizing strategically for focus, flow, and mission alignment.
- Monitor and manage all inbound communication channels (email, phone, digital messaging), responding when appropriate or drafting responses on the CEO’s behalf.
Strategic Communication
- Serve as the first line of communication for the CEO with key stakeholders, ensuring messages are timely, diplomatic, and aligned with the CEO’s voice.
- Draft and edit documents, presentations, and executive briefings.
- Maintain discretion and handle highly confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
Event & Travel Coordination
- Plan and book travel itineraries; accompany the CEO to select events, conferences, and site visits.
- Liaise with organizers, hosts, and internal teams to ensure CEO participation is seamless and well-supported.
Logistical & Personal Executive Support
- Assist with French-language tasks including booking appointments, making inquiries, and supporting tasks that require French fluency.
- Manage a small range of personal logistical items, such as coordinating appointments or household matters as they relate to schedule optimization.
Operational Efficiency & Initiative
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities before they become urgent.
- Work closely with the other senior leaders to ensure executive alignment.
- Assist in tracking CEO action items, follow-ups, and key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in a high-level executive assistant, chief of staff, or executive business partner role.
- Fluent in English; advanced French highly preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven judgment and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Haute-Savoie, France; this is an on-site position.
- Able and willing to travel internationally on occasion.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or founders in fast-moving, visionary environments (tech, innovation, wellness, or science sectors).
- EU work eligibility or openness to visa sponsorship.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
